Atty. VICTORIA WORLOBAH DUNCAN, DISTRICT 4, MARGIBI COUNTY CHOICE.
Madam, Victoria Worlobah Duncan is a household name in Liberia. As an educator and female lawyer, she's passionate about the development of her community and that of young girls, women, and males as well. With the wealth of national and international expertise gather from both the public and private sectors, Atty. Duncan has decided to answer the call of duty.
This call has given her the natural urge to represent the people of District #4 in Margibi County as their Representative in 2023.
Her desire to be the next Representative District #4 comes at a time when there is a strong need for a female representative this time and one who has all the necessary qualifications, credentials, and potential to adequately represent and restore the hope of the people of the District.
Atty. Duncan has many years of working experience and is an established woman with assets in District #4, District #1, Grand Bassa, and Monrovia respectively. She's conscious about the well-being of everyone because she's from the grassroots. Moreover, Her service to the government of Liberia leaves her with an impeccable path on she intends to extend to the people in the district.
Over the past years, in her weak way she has contributed immensely both in the area of human resource development and infrastructure. Following those contributions includes, but is not limited to...
1. Approximately 60 students from around district #4, benefit from a computer sponsorship.
2. Compensating nine volunteer teachers monthly.
3. Road rehabilitation on the Sekey-ta and Kwalawuma Town roads.
4. Connecting Yorfee-ta road to Sackie Borbor ta enables two ways to reach Sekey-ta.
5. Repair of nine hand pumps in part of With Clan section four, Mary Page farm, and Konokelleh.
6. The Friends of Atty. Victoria Worlobah Duncan (FOD) was the first to identify with the C.H Rennie Hospital denoting over a thousand United State dollars for Cleaning out materials after the fire outbreak.
Atty. Duncan has held several public positions including the most recent, Stipendiary Magistrate, Kakata, Magisterial Circuit Court, Margibi County, Liberia ( 2016- 2022), which has given her great confidence to adequately execute her duty as Representative. If elected as their representatives, district 4, Margibi county residents will certainly breathe an AIR of relief and taste what is like to have Mother in another House.
