The true essence of leadership It is when the leader's persona and commitment that can keep a team together, and make them work towards a shared goal—that which benefits not just the individuals involved but the STATE as a whole.
The essence of leadership is to move from a comfortable command and control approach to the uncomfortable requirement to become an empowerer, a facilitator and an educator. The transformation in leadership is to change to more thought, greater flexibility, more anticipation and less direct control.
