Liberia signs a 3 billion dollar Memorandum of Commitment for the development of an oil refinery in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County on the margins of the Forum On China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing, China. In addendum to that, a hundred million in aid for roads and infrastructure development. I also held bilateral talks with China's leader, Xi Jing Ping, in strengthening diplomatic ties between the two Nations. In anything you do, think, love and build Liberia. May God bless the State and its people.

I Urge the Regulation and Oversight of State-Owned Enterprises

I have reiterated the commitment to regulating and capping the salaries and benefits of executives and board members of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
The need for compensations to be in line with the economic realities of the country, is very key at this moment. It's time for everybody to sacrifice for their country. Liberia will never remain the same but it will graduate from mediocrity to improved living standards. Liberia will surely rise again. In anything you do, think, love and build Liberia.
