Choose from four specialised tracks: Policy & Diplomacy, Incident Response, Criminal Justice, and Cyber & AI. Beyond technical excellence, the programme combines advanced skills development, close guidance from senior experts, high-level keynotes, and a strong cross-regional community — empowering you to lead, shape policy, and strengthen cyber resilience worldwide.
The initiative is funded by the Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany and the Union (EU), with contributions from the degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy). The programme is co-implemented by the Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Telecommunication Union (ITU), in partnership with the Global Programme on Cybercrime of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime () and the Latin America and Caribbean Cyber Competence Centre ().
