YouthConnekt Liberia Celebrates Top 3 Innovative Female Youth at the 2024 YouthConnekt Africa Summit in Rwanda!

We are incredibly proud to spotlight three exceptional young Liberian women who are representing YouthConnekt Liberia at the 2025 YouthConnekt Africa Summit in Rwanda. Today, they joined an inspiring session titled “Empowering the Next Generation of Women Innovators,” hosted in partnership with UN Women and Smart Africa.

These remarkable young business females are breaking barriers and leading Start-ups in their communities.

These young women are making Liberia proud by setting new standards for innovation, resilience, and progress. We look forward to seeing their ongoing impact and thank our partners for supporting this vital work to empower female innovators across Africa!

🌍 Spotlight on Christiana Miracle Bimba: Empowering Young Girls and Women in Liberia!

Christiana Miracle Bimba, supported by UNDP Liberia as one of YouthConnekt Liberia Innovative Youth participanting in the 2024 YouthConnekt Africa Summit, is a dynamic Liberian entrepreneur dedicated to social change. As the CEO and founder of The Girls for Change Initiative (G4CI) and Sunpower Energy Solutions, she has helped 25 young girls return to school and is actively working to provide educational materials to rural communities.

Through her innovative initiatives, Christiana empowers young women to achieve self-reliance and productivity. A passionate advocate for education, she also volunteers with international NGOs to support children in underserved areas, and as a gospel musician, she inspires others with her amazing voice.

Christiana’s dedication to community impact and youth empowerment is driving positive change for Liberia’s future. Join us in celebrating her work!

Ms. Salomie H. Weah, founder of Lo’ Wardrobe, a Liberian fashion and beauty brand. Supported by UNFPA Liberia, Salomie is attending the YouthConnekt Africa Summit in Rwanda, where she’s gaining insights on social entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth.

Salomie plans to apply these lessons by improving Lo’ Wardrobe’s operations, building partnerships, attracting investors, and rebranding to empower more Liberian youth. She’s committed to using her journey to inspire and create opportunities for young entrepreneurs back home.
