Pinaagi sa atong padayon nga pag-andam ug pagsunod sa mga requirements sa DCWD Application diri sa Prestige - Phase 1, adunay mga naka-schedule nga plumbing works ug hydro testing nga mahimong hinungdan sa temporaryong water interruption o ubos nga water pressure sa pipila ka mga lugar. Kani every week na nga job orders para mapaspas ang timeline na gipangayo nato sa developer, kun asa paningkamotan nila nga ma-hit ang nasabutan.

📌 PLEASE READ | IMPORTANT COMMUNITY ADVISORY IN THE PRESTIGE SUBDIVISION

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region XI (DENR 11) has temporarily suspended waste disposal operations at the Davao City sanitary landfill following the recent landfill incident.

The suspension, implemented by DENR 11 and EMB 11, will remain in effect while the City Government conducts slope stabilization and other corrective measures in compliance with Republic Act No. 9003 and the conditions of the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC).

💡 TIPS TO KEEP GARBAGE CLEAN AND ODOR-FREE:
• To help prevent maggots, cook only enough food that your family can consume.
• Avoid throwing fish gills, raw meat, or other wet food waste into garbage bins to prevent foul odor and insect infestation.
• Leftover rice crumbs should be dried first before disposal to avoid unpleasant smells.
• Cut tree branches and wood scraps may be given to wood collectors or stay-in workers in Prestige who can still use them as firewood for cooking.
• Construction debris should be disposed of properly through authorized haulers since some materials may still be reusable.
• Do not leave water inside bottles, plastics, or containers to avoid becoming breeding places for mosquitoes.
• Practice waste segregation little by little to help reduce the amount of garbage produced.
• If you have a small garden space, fruit and vegetable peelings may be composted and used as natural fertilizer for flowers and herbal plants.
• Animal waste may be flushed in the toilet whenever possible. It is also better to have a floor drain so pet waste flows properly and not into roads or neighboring areas.
