مدير عام مركز المعلومات والتوثيق يتفقد فرع المركز بالمنطقة الجنوبية ويعايد الموظفين بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك

في إطار المتابعة المستمرة لسير العمل وتعزيز التواصل مع الموظفين بمختلف فروع المركز، قام المهندس أحمد لملوم، مدير عام مركز المعلومات والتوثيق بوزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية، اليوم الاحد الموافق 31/مايو /2026 م بزيارة إلى مقر فرع المركز بالمنطقة الجنوبية بمدينة سبها، وذلك خلال تواجده بالمنطقة بمناسبة عطلة عيد الأضحى المبارك.

وشملت الزيارة لقاءً مع مدير وموظفي الفرع، حيث قدم لهم التهاني والتبريكات بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك، متمنياً لهم دوام الصحة والتوفيق، ومثمناً جهودهم المبذولة في أداء مهامهم وخدمة أهداف المركز.

كما اطلع مدير عام المركز خلال الزيارة على سير العمل بالفرع ومستوى تنفيذ المهام المناطة به، واستمع إلى ملاحظات الموظفين واحتياجات العمل، مؤكداً الحرص على دعم فروع المركز بمختلف المناطق وتوفير الإمكانيات اللازمة للارتقاء بالأداء وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة.

وتأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار الاهتمام بمتابعة العمل الميداني وتعزيز التواصل المباشر مع الموظفين، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمركز.

Director General of the Information and Documentation Center Visits the Southern Region Branch and Extends Eid Al-Adha Greetings to Employees

As part of the continuous follow-up of work progress and the enhancement of communication with employees across the Center’s branches, Eng. Ahmed Lamloum, Director General of the Information and Documentation Center at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, paid a visit on Sunday, May 31, 2026, to the Center’s Southern Region Branch in the city of Sebha during his stay in the region for the Eid Al-Adha holiday.

During the visit, the Director General met with the Branch Manager and staff members, extending his warm congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. He wished them continued health and success and commended their efforts and dedication in carrying out their duties and supporting the Center’s objectives.

The Director General also reviewed the branch’s workflow and the level of implementation of its assigned tasks. He listened to employees’ observations and work-related needs, reaffirming the Center’s commitment to supporting its branches across all regions and providing the necessary resources to enhance performance and improve the quality of services delivered.

This visit reflects the Center’s ongoing commitment to field follow-up and direct engagement with employees, contributing to improved efficiency and supporting the achievement of the Center’s strategic goals.

في إطار تنفيذ مبادرة “خطة الـ100 يوم” التي أطلقتها وزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية برعاية معالي الوزير الأستاذ عبد اللطيف الطاهر، شارك مدير عام مركز المعلومات والتوثيق، المهندس أحمد لملوم، في تنفيذ جولات ميدانية بالتعاون مع المركز الوطني للإرشاد والإعلام الزراعي، ومركز الصحة الحيوانية، وجهاز الشرطة الزراعية، استهدفت أحد أسواق المواشي الكبرى.

وشملت هذه الجولات توزيع مطويات توعوية على المواطنين، بالإضافة إلى تقديم خدمات الكشف المجاني على الأضاحي، وتقديم النصائح والإرشادات الهادفة إلى تعزيز الوعي الصحي والوقائي لدى المربين والمواطنين.

As part of the implementation of the “100-Day Plan” initiative launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock under the patronage of H.E. Minister Mr. Abdul Latif Al-Taher, the Director General of the Information and Documentation Center, Eng. Ahmed Lamloum, participated in field visits conducted in cooperation with the National Center for Agricultural Extension and Media, the Animal Health Center, and the Agricultural Police Authority, targeting one of the major livestock markets.

These field visits included the distribution of awareness brochures to citizens, in addition to providing free livestock inspection services and offering guidance and advisory support aimed at enhancing health and preventive awareness among breeders and citizens.

عُقد صباح يوم الأحد الموافق 10 مايو 2026، بمقر مركز المعلومات والتوثيق بوزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية، الاجتماع الدوري لمديري الإدارات والمكاتب، برئاسة المهندس أحمد لملوم المدير العام للمركز، وذلك في إطار متابعة سير العمل وتعزيز مستوى التنسيق بين الإدارات والمكاتب المختلفة.

وشهد الاجتماع مناقشة عدد من البنود التشغيلية والتنظيمية، حيث تم استعراض أبرز الأعمال والأنشطة التي نفذتها الإدارات والمكاتب خلال شهري مارس وأبريل، إلى جانب عرض خطط العمل الخاصة لبعض الادارات والمكاتب للعام 2026 والمنبثقة عن الخطةالاستراتيجية للمركز (2026 – 2030)، بما يضمن تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة ورفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي.

كما ناقش الحاضرون مبادرة “المئة يوم” التي أطلقها السيد أ.عبداللطيف الطاهر وزير الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية، حيث تم بحث آليات مساهمة مركز المعلومات والتوثيق في تنفيذ المبادرة، وتحديد البرامج والمشروعات التي يمكن للمركز المشاركة بها دعماً لأهداف الوزارة وخططها التطويرية.

وفي ختام الاجتماع، تم الاتفاق على عقد اجتماع يوم الثلاثاء القادم لاستكمال مناقشة أوجه مشاركة المركز ضمن المبادرة، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في خطة الطوارئ وخطة العمل الخاصة بفترة عيد الأضحى المبارك، بما يضمن استمرارية العمل ورفع مستوى الجاهزية خلال الفترة القادمة.

On the morning of Sunday, May 10, 2026, the regular meeting of department and office directors was held at the headquarters of the Information and Documentation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, chaired by Eng. Ahmed Lamloum, Director General of the Center. The meeting was convened as part of ongoing efforts to monitor workflow and strengthen coordination among the Center’s various departments and offices.

During the meeting, several operational and organizational matters were discussed. Participants reviewed the key activities and tasks carried out by the departments and offices during March and April, in addition to presenting the 2026 work plans of a number of departments and offices, which are derived from the Center’s Strategic Plan (2026–2030). These plans aim to ensure the achievement of the Center’s objectives and enhance institutional performance and efficiency.

The attendees also discussed the “100-Day Initiative” launched by Mr. Abdul Latif Al-Taher, Minister of Agriculture and Livestock. Discussions focused on the mechanisms through which the Information and Documentation Center can contribute to the implementation of the initiative, as well as identifying programs and projects in which the Center can participate in support of the Ministry’s objectives and development plans.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed to hold another meeting next Tuesday to continue discussions on the Center’s role within the initiative, in addition to contributing to the emergency plan and the operational plan for the Eid al-Adha period, in order to ensure continuity of work and enhance the level of preparedness during the coming period.

The meeting concluded at 2:30 PM.
