أُقيمت صباح اليوم السبت الموافق 17 يناير 2026، بديوان رئاسة المجلس الرئاسي، مراسم تقديم أوراق اعتماد عدد من السفراء من مختلف دول وقارات العالم إلى فخامة الرئيس محمد المنفي، رئيس المجلس الرئاسي، والسفراء، هم:
سعادة السيد علي راشد المزروعي، سفير دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
سعادة السيد محمد حفظ الرحمن، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية الهند.
سعادة السيدة أليسون ستيوارت، سفير دولة كندا.
سعادة السيد يوانيس بابا ميليتيو، سفير جمهورية اليونان.
سعادة السيدة ماسا كابا، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية غينيا كوناكري.
سعادة السيد آمادو محمد عثمان، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية النيجر.
سعادة السيد طاهر إيسو يوسف، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية تشاد.
سعادة السيد نجوين نام دونغ، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية.
سعادة السيد دومينيك جوه كيان، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية سنغافورة.
سعادة السيد أبوها ميجي سيسرا سيناويراثنا، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية سريلانكا الاشتراكية الديمقراطية.
سعادة السيد رينالدو خوسي بوليفار، سفير فوق العادة ومفوض لجمهورية فنزويلا البوليفارية.
وفي ختام الحفل، أعرب أصحاب السعادة السفراء الجدد عن بالغ امتنانهم وتقديرهم لحفاوة الاستقبال، مشيدين بتعاون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، وما قدمته من تسهيلات أسهمت في إنجاز هذه الإجراءات المراسمية على أعلى مستوى. وأكدوا حرصهم على تعزيز علاقات دولهم مع دولة ليبيا وتطويرها، بما يسهم في دعم جهود السلام والازدهار للشعب الليبي، وتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
A ceremony for the presentation of the credentials of a number of ambassadors from various countries and continents was held on Saturday morning, January 17, 2026, at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Presidential Council, to His Excellency President Mohamed Al-Menfi, Chairman of the Presidential Council. The ambassadors are:
His Excellency Mr. Ali Rashid Al Mazrouei, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates.
His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Hifz El-Rahman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India.
Her Excellency Ms. Alison Stewart, Ambassador of Canada.
His Excellency Mr. Ioannis Papa Miltiou, Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).
Her Excellency Ms. Massa Kaba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Guinea (Conakry).
His Excellency Mr. Amadou Mohamed Othman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Niger.
His Excellency Mr. Taher Issou Youssouf, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chad.
His Excellency Mr. Nguyen Nam D**g, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
His Excellency Mr. Dominic Goh Kian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore.
His Excellency Mr. Aboha Migi Sisira Senawirathna, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
His Excellency Mr. Reinaldo José Bolívar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the newly appointed ambassadors expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception, commending the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the facilities it provided to ensure that these ceremonial procedures were conducted at the highest level. They also affirmed their commitment to strengthening and developing their countries’ relations with the State of Libya, in a manner that contributes to supporting efforts toward peace and prosperity for the Libyan people, and to achieving security and stability at both the regional and international levels.
