Our ancestors carved a legacy of glory,
With sovereign power and sacred rights,
Where the scent of freedom filled our story.

In the blood oath of March, Nineteen-Seventeen,
In accordance with tradition, we vowed to defend,
In the Anglo-Kuki war against the crown,
Our glory shined bright until the very end.

Rise! O sons of Kuki, let our spirits unite,
Marching toward our State with all our might,
Planting the pillar of self-determination,
May our flag forever wave in soaring light.

Plant the monument of Kuki National Day,
Marching united toward our own State,
With self-determination and equality,
Under the Federal flag, we seal our fate.

With mutual recognition and truth as our guide,

May the glory of Kuki forever abide!
