Historic Milestone for Malawi Rising Youth Movement 🇲🇼🇿🇦

We are proud to share a significant milestone in the journey of the Malawi Rising Youth Movement.

On 29 April 2026, our Founder and Representative, Misheck Kamanga, held a highly successful and historic meeting with Alderman JP Smith in Cape Town.

The strategic engagement focused on youth empowerment, civic leadership, public safety, community development, and opportunities for cross-border collaboration. The insights shared during the meeting provided valuable lessons that can help strengthen our efforts to inspire, equip, and mobilize young people to become responsible leaders and active citizens.

We sincerely appreciate Alderman JP Smith and the City of Cape Town for the warm reception, open dialogue, and willingness to engage on issues affecting communities and young people.

This meeting represents more than a conversation—it is a step toward building stronger connections, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for young people across borders.
