MANEB develops, administers and processes valid national examinations in Malawi for the purposes of certification, selection and placement. The Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) was founded in 1987 by an Act of Parliament (Laws of Malawi Cap 30:04). This was as a result of a merger between the then Malawi Certificate Examinations and Testing Board, and the Examinations Section of the Mini

stry of Education. The Malawi Certificate of Examinations and Testing had been created in 1969 to take charge of the School Leaving Certificate Examinations at ordinary level. This Act mandates MANEB to develop, administer and process valid national examinations in Malawi for purposes of certification, selection and placement. Further to this, MANEB is mandated to provide technical advice as and when required in matters related to assessment and examinations in the country.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in conjunction with MANEB has released results for the 2026 Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE) and Junior Certificate of Education (JCE) examinations.

To access the results, schools should visit their e-Registration Portals at https://maneb.malawi265.com/portal/Account/Login

Candidates, parents or guardians can access individual results at https://maneb.malawi265.com/ExamResults/

The selection to secondary schools for PSLCE examination candidates can be accessed at https://selection.education.gov.mw
