1. Identify problem - starting with idea sketches.

Industrial Product Design Technology (IPDT) is a course of learning about design process of industrial products through various stages. Concept Selection - transferring sketches to engineering drawings using CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CAID (Computer Aided Industrial Design) such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, NX and Alias.
3. Implementation - engineering drawings are then translated in the

form of 3D CAD software.
4. Detail Design - production of models or prototypes using foam, wood or acrylic and rapid manufacturing technique known as Rapid Prototyping.
5. Model Making - advanced techniques of model making; use of glass fibers (Fiberglass) and finish with air spray technique (Airbrush).
6. Documentation - project presentation using multimedia software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash and Power Point.
