To receive parcels before the festive break, please hand over West Malaysia orders by 12 February 2026 and East Malaysia orders by 9 February 2026.
For Ninja Cold shipments, the final pickup is on 10 February 2026, with the last delivery on 16 February 2026. Orders handed over after these dates will be delivered on a best-effort basis.
Operations will be paused on 17 February 2026 for the Chinese New Year public holiday. Last-mile deliveries resume on 18 February 2026, while Ninja Cold operations resume on 19 February 2026.
