This morning’s activity: visiting Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, Padawan, Kuching.
Before entering, we registered ourselves by scanning the e-registration QR code. Remember to bring cash as well. Luckily, the weather was good, although it looked cloudy.
It’s currently fruit season, so there’s a lower chance of seeing the orangutans. This is because they can find food on their own during fruit season. Unless it’s not fruit season, then they will come out to look for food 😂 So don’t be disappointed! You can still visit the orangutan gallery and walk around inside the wildlife centre.
The feeding times are from 8:00–10:00 a.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m. Visitors are not allowed to enter the centre between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
You can also visit Semenggoh Wildlife Centre to get the latest updates and information about the wildlife centre.
Although we didn’t get to see any orangutans today, it’s alright. We can always visit again next time! 🧡
**I also took a few pictures of pitcher plants because they are really beautiful.
