After our successful trip to Paris in September 2015, we are happy to announce another bakers' trip to Hanoi - Vietnam's capital. As a French colonial city, we look forward to let you experience the baking classes conducted by certified French trained baking 'maestros', patisserie visits and hotel stay near the French Quarter.

Our first departure of Pastry Voyage was a success! Guests attended 3 kinds of classes from baking macarons, numerous kinds of French pastries and ultimately the croissants. The patissiers are especially helpful from this renowned baking school in the Marais area. Asked guests why can't they just YouTube the recipe? They claim that nothing beats the human touch 😍😍

Ramadhan is approaching! Here is a little spammy delight of our collection of images taken from the blessed land of Oman. We focused more on L'oasis. Afterall that hike and sweat (soaked to the skin mind you,it was 45'c) we were 'hoovered' by the oasis. Indeed, a cherry on top!
