We are looking for a driven, proactive, and creative individual to support our Sales & Marketing team in expanding brand presence and driving revenue growth.
🎓 Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or Sales/Marketing support. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience within a Malaysian SME environment is preferred.
- Proven experience managing business social media platforms and a strong understanding of current algorithms.
- Strong copywriting skills and interpersonal abilities for effective digital and stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized with expertise in document management and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with photo/video editing software; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a significant plus.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, when required.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Marketing
- Develop and implement initiatives to scale brand awareness and market presence.
- Conduct B2B research and trend analysis to drive data-informed campaign decisions.
- Own the content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of engaging social media posts and promotional campaigns.
- Curate relevant content tailored to specific social media channels to maximize audience reach.
- Draft, edit, and produce high-quality marketing assets, including product brochures, flyers, and digital catalogues.
- Maintain and refresh existing marketing collateral to ensure all small-scale activities remain current and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, and conversion) to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring all visuals and messaging align with company standards.
2️⃣ Sales Development
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage procurement workflows to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain the sales and project databases, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and actionable.
- Monitor project lifecycles and sales funnels to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop precise cost estimates and detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Assist and join sales team in conducting on-site visits to assess project conditions, identify potential risks, and inform the estimation process.
3️⃣ Other Duties
- Facilitate daily office functions and coordinate internal company events to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide agile, ad-hoc support to various departments to meet evolving project needs and deadlines.
- Assist in streamlining office and operation workflows and maintaining a productive work environment.
