📢【EPF 公积金重大更新：2025年10月起 外籍员工也需强制缴纳2%！】📢

雇主朋友请注意！从2025年10月开始，所有在马工作的非大马籍员工（持有效工作准证者）将被纳入强制性雇员公积金（EPF）缴纳制度。

✅ 新规则概要：
🔹 雇主和外籍员工各需缴纳 2% 的月薪作为公积金。
🔹 适用于所有持有移民局核发的有效护照和工作准证的外籍员工。
🔹 不适用于家庭佣工（domestic helpers）。

📌 目前为止，非马公民的 EPF 缴纳是“自愿”的，这项改革意味着迈向全民社保的重要一步。EPF 表示：“这是确保劳动市场公平、全民享有社会保障的重要举措。”

📣 你知道吗？这项政策早在【2025财政预算案】中就已提出，EPF 也已举行逾30场咨询会，广泛听取业界、外劳组织与相关单位的意见。

⚠️ 行业声音：
大马制造商联合会（FMM）呼吁延迟两年，以让企业做好准备。
大马建筑商总会（MBAM）则表示此举可能增加建筑行业的人力成本。

很多中小企业朋友问我：交易当天是不是一定要提交电子发票❓

✅答案是：大多数情况下，不需要当天提交。不过，以下几种情况有特定的截止日期，要特别注意哦！

🗂️ 1. 汇总电子发票（Consolidated e-Invoice）
→ 必须在月底后的7天内提交。
🗓️ 例如：3月的交易，最迟在4月7日前提交。

🛳️ 2. 自开电子发票（进口货物）
→ 由马来西亚买方开具，必须在清关月份后的第2个月底前提交。
🗓️ 例如：3月清关 → 5月31日前提交。

💼 3. 自开电子发票（进口服务）
→ 买方需在以下两者中较早的时间点之后的下一个月底前提交：
① 付款日期；② 收到外国发票日期。
📌 注：这是根据“进口应税服务”的规定执行。

🌍 4. 外国收入的电子发票
→ 收入获得方需在收到该笔收入的下一个月底前提交。
📌 特别提醒：若有其他相关法律规定，必须依照现有法令为准！

🚫 不可以合并发票了哦！

💡 举个例子：
🛍️ 卖一个商品 RM12,000？👉 要开一张 e-Invoice！
🧰 提供一次服务 RM15,000？👉 也要开一张 e-Invoice！
🧾 想把这些交易合并起来consolidate e-invoice？对不起，LHDN 说 NO！
