🏆 一场比赛结束了，但这段经历，值得我们再回头看看。

从赛前一次又一次的练习，
到真正走进比赛现场。

这一次，KAGC 烹饪学生参加了
第五届环球厨艺联盟巡回挑战赛
5th Global Culinary Challenge Malaysia。 👨‍🍳🔥

为期三天的赛事里，
每天都有不同的学生走上比赛场，
迎接属于自己的挑战。

平时在课堂里，
一道菜做不好，可以再调整；
一个步骤不熟悉，可以再练习。

但到了比赛现场，
时间开始倒数的那一刻，
就真的要靠自己了。

食材处理、烹调、火候、时间控制、摆盘……
过去一次次练习过的东西，
都要在有限的时间里真正做出来。

所以当我们再看到这些比赛画面时，
最让人开心的，不只是学生完成了比赛。

而是看着他们从课堂里的练习，
一步一步走到了真正的厨艺比赛舞台。❤️

而这一次的努力，也换来了属于他们的成绩——

🏆 1st Runner Up
🏅 以及多枚赛事奖牌

恭喜每一位参赛及获奖的 KAGC 学生！🎉👏

奖杯和奖牌记录的是比赛结果，
但留给学生的，还有第一次面对比赛压力的紧张、
完成作品后的那一口气，
以及发现——

原来自己平时学的、练的，
真的可以带自己走上更大的舞台。

这也是为什么我们一直相信，
学习烹饪不应该只停留在课堂里。

从学习基本功、不断练习，
到有机会参加比赛、累积真正的经验，
每一步，都在为以后成为一名专业厨艺人做准备。 👨‍🍳

从构思主题、塑形，到每一个精致的小细节，这项作品需要花上 两个星期 的时间完成。每一个翻糖公仔、花卉与装饰，都是学生们耐心与创意的成果。

但对于 Culinary Arts 的学生来说，

这不是一堂课。

而是把一路以来学过的每一项专业技巧，
融合成一份完整的作品。

从刀工、食材搭配、色彩运用，
到整体构图与细节处理，

每一个决定，
都有它存在的原因。

因为一道优秀的 Cold Platter，

不仅要吸引目光，

更要展现一位厨师的专业与用心。

这也是为什么，
KAGC Culinary Arts 不只是教学生怎么做一道料理。

更希望他们学会，

如何透过每一份作品，展现自己的专业。

今天完成的是一组 Cold Platter Display。

未来，
他們呈现的，

可能是酒店宴会上的迎宾冷盘、
高级餐厅里的艺术摆盘，
甚至国际赛事中的展示作品。

而这一切，
都始于课堂上的每一次学习、
每一次思考，
以及每一个认真完成的细节。

因为 KAGC 相信，
