The session focused on deepening their understanding of political leadership, party discipline civic education and key party matters, further equipping them with information around the oil discovery in the ||Kharas Region. Experts estimate the offshore region holds between 11 billion to over 20 billion barrels of oil, potentially positioning Namibia as a top-15 global oil producer.
