Les inondations de cette année au Sahel, particulièrement au Niger 🇳🇪, sont sans précédent. Elles ont sévèrement testé nos plans d'aménagement, du niveau communal jusqu'au niveau national 🏢.

Ces événements mettent en lumière l'importance cruciale d'une gestion proactive de ce secteur vital 🌊. Une attention particulière doit être accordée à l'identification des zones vulnérables aux inondations pour sauver des vies et limiter les dégâts matériels 💧🏚️.

🚨 **Appel à l'action pour les collectivités ! Il est impératif de prendre au sérieux les études préliminaires pour déterminer les zones à risque ⚠️. Cela permettra d'éviter des catastrophes futures et de renforcer notre résilience face aux changements climatiques 🌦️.
