International Labour Organization (ILO) and GIZ-Nigerian German Centre for Migration and Development in collaboration with The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment successfully conducted a Capacity Development Training for the Migration Advisory Network (MAN), reinforcing its commitment to promoting safe, regular, and well-informed labour migration.
The training equipped participants with practical knowledge and advisory skills on key migration issues, including:

✅ Client Data Management and Ethical Information Handling
✅ Gender-Responsive Migration Advice and Inclusive Service Delivery
✅ A Practical Guide to Vocational Training and Study Opportunities in Germany
Through interactive learning, case studies, and experience sharing, participants strengthened their capacity to provide accurate, ethical, and client-centered migration advice while supporting the protection and empowerment of prospective and returning migrant workers.
