The transformation of the Stadium Junction–Luba Road has reached a defining moment, showcasing once again the power of focused, responsible and people-driven governance. With the completion of the first 2.5-kilometre stretch, construction teams have now advanced from the VIO (Luba) Junction toward Stadium Junction, where the asphalt binder course is being laid—a critical step toward delivering a world-class, long-lasting and commuter-friendly road corridor.
