THE ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF NIGERIA (ALGON), OGUN STATE CHAPTER, EXTENDS CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF ARABINRIN YETUNDE SHAKIRAT ADESANYA

On behalf of the Executive Committee and members, the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Ogun State Chapter, extends its heartfelt condolences on the passing of the South-West Zonal Woman Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Arabinrin Yetunde Shakirat Adesanya. Her demise is a profound loss that has created a vacuum within the party and across the South-West political landscape.

Arabinrin Adesanya was widely respected for her unwavering commitment to grassroots mobilisation, women’s empowerment, and party development. She distinguished herself as a diligent and passionate leader whose contributions significantly strengthened the ideals and progress of the APC in the region.

Her passing is deeply felt by her family, associates, and the wider political community who benefitted from her wisdom, strength of character, and service. While we mourn her departure, we also celebrate a life of purpose, dedication, and impactful leadership.

We pray that Almighty God grants her eternal rest and comforts her family and all those she left behind. May they find the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
