Ndokwa East has never had such strong and positive representation in the State Assembly as it does now under Prince Emeka Osamuta .

Our infrastructure is transforming, existing facilities are being novated, while new ones are under construction.

Rome wasn’t built in a day. While we're witnessing improvements in all round infrastructures, and other amenities, there's still much more to be done to bring smiles to our communities. However, we understand that not everything can be accomplished at once.

Let’s focus on continuing this momentum by working together to ensure that Ndokwa East thrives and that every community benefits from the positive changes we are striving to create.

Ndokwa East, Delta State — In line with his commitment to *Building the present, securing the future*, Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta, Member representing Ndokwa East Constituency, has completed another people-oriented project in Ward 2.

The total rehabilitation of a 4-classroom block and the construction of 4 modern toilets with a borehole at Obetim Secondary School, Obetim-Uno, is now completed and ready to be handed over to the school authority.

This project reflects Hon. Osamuta’s continued investment in Education and his resolve to provide a conducive learning environment for students across Ndoshimili. It is not a promise for tomorrow — it is a project serving our people today.

*Statement by Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta, Member, Delta State House of Assembly*

*Aboh, Ndokwa East LGA — Wednesday, 6th May, 2026*

Today marks a historic milestone as the Executive Governor of Delta State, H.E. Elder Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the *140m Okiri Bridge* and the *11km Aboh–Akarai concrete road*.

Words are not enough to express my profound gratitude to His Excellency for this monumental project.

My decision to join politics and run for office was largely inspired by the need for this very road. In less than three years in office, the Governor has graciously fulfilled the long-standing dreams and aspirations of the people and communities along this corridor.

This achievement has restored hope — not only to the people of Aboh and Akarai, but also to residents of *Ward 6, parts of Ward 8 and Ward 9*.

We may not have silver or gold to show our appreciation, but come *2027 and beyond*, Ndoshimili people will remember. We will respond with our votes, our loyalty, and our unwavering support.

Thank you, Your Excellency. You broke the jinx. You brought the road.

*Aniagwu Leads Site Supervision Ahead of Governor’s Visit*

Ahead of the official groundbreaking ceremony, the Honourable Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Information, Hon. Charles Aniagwu, was on site today to supervise final preparations for the groundbreaking of the *10.8km Aboh-Akarai Road* with a 100-meter bridge across the Okiri River.

His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State, will perform the groundbreaking on *Wednesday, 6th May, 2026* in Aboh, Ndokwa East LGA.

This landmark project will connect Aboh to Akarai and other riverine communities, ending decades of isolation for some Ndoshimili people/communities who have relied on canoes and seasonal access.

Speaking during the inspection, Hon. Aniagwu reaffirmed the Oborevwori administration’s commitment to opening up rural Delta. “This is more than a road. It is access to markets, to schools, to healthcare. It is the M.O.R.E. Agenda in action for Ndokwa East,” he said.

The 10.8km concrete road with a 100-meter bridge across the Okiri River is a direct response to the yearnings of Ndoshimili people, championed by their representative, *Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta*.

Ndokwa East is rising. The groundwork is done. On Wednesday, the ground breaks.

Vote of Confidence: APC Ward 5 Backs Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta for 2027

The APC Ward 5 in Ndokwa East is fully behind Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta, who Represents them in the Delta State House of Assembly. They believe he's doing a great job for Ndoshimili.

The party chairman, Comrade Francis Olise Esumei, moved a motion for a vote of confidence in Hon. Osamuta at a recent ward meeting, and ably seconded by Hon Engr. Philip Ugbomah (E.A to the Governor on Project Monitoring).

This support from his immediate ward shows Hon. Osamuta is doing wonderfully, giving Ndoshimili the desired voice and transforming it for the better. They want him re-elected in 2027 to keep up the good work.
