بتكليف من السيد رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد، يقود السيّد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، الوفد التونسي المشارك في الدورة العادية (166) لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية على المستوى الوزاري المقرر عقدها بالقاهرة يوم 07 سبتمبر 2026.

وستتسلم تونس بمناسبة اجتماع القاهرة رئاسة مجلس الجامعة على المستوى الوزاري للفترة من سبتمبر 2026 إلى مارس 2027، حيث ستعمل بلادنا على أن تكون هذه الرئاسة رئاسة للحوار والتشاور والتنسيق، ودعم مسارات التوافق العربي والتقريب بين وجهات النظر، بما يعزز وحدة الموقف العربي ويتيح التعامل مع التحديات التي تواجهها المنطقة العربية بروح جماعية ومسؤولة.

وستخصص هذه الدورة 166 لمجلس الجامعة على المستوى الوزاري للنظر في آخر مستجدّات الأوضاع في المنطقة العربية، لاسيما في الأراضي الفلسطينية، في ظل تواصل الاعتداءات الهمجية على الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية، إضافة إلى القضايا العربية الأخرى وأهم أوجه التعاون بين الدول العربية في المجالات التنموية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والامنية.

و سيجري الوزير، خلال أشغال هذه الدورة، لقاءات ثنائية مع عدد من نظرائه في الدول العربية الشقيقة.

Sur instructions de Son Excellence le Président de la République, Monsieur Kaïs Saïed, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Étranger, présidera la délégation tunisienne participant à la 166ᵉ session ordinaire du Conseil de la Ligue des États Arabes au niveau ministériel, prévue le 07 septembre 2026 au Caire.

À l'occasion de cette réunion, la Tunisie assumera la présidence du Conseil de la Ligue au niveau ministériel pour la période allant de septembre 2026 à mars 2027, où notre Pays œuvrera à ce que elle soit une présidence de dialogue, de concertation et de coordination, appuyant les voies de consensus arabe et le rapprochement des points de vue, de manière à renforcer l'unité de la position arabe et à permettre d'aborder les défis auxquels fait face la région arabe dans un esprit collectif et responsable.

Cette 166ᵉ session du Conseil de la Ligue au niveau ministériel sera consacrée à l'examen des derniers développements de la situation dans la région arabe, en particulier dans les Territoires palestiniens, à la lumière de la poursuite des agressions barbares contre le Peuple palestinien frère dans la Bande de Gaza et en Cisjordanie, outre d'autres questions arabes et les principaux aspects de la coopération entre les États Arabes dans les domaines de développement, économique, social et sécuritaire.

Au cours des travaux de cette session, le Ministre aura des entretiens bilatéraux avec plusieurs de ses homologues des États Arabes frères.

On the instructions of His Excellency the President of the Republic Mr. Kaïs Saïed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, will lead the Tunisian delegation participating in the 166th Ordinary Session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the Ministerial Level, scheduled to be held in Cairo on 7 September 2026.

On the occasion of the Cairo meeting, Tunisia will assume the Chairmanship of the Council of the League of Arab States at the Ministerial Level for the period from September 2026 to March 2027. Tunisia will seek to make this Chairmanship one of dialogue, consultation and coordination, and to support efforts towards Arab consensus and the bridging of differences, in a manner that strengthens the unity of the Arab position and enables the region to address the challenges facing the Arab world in a collective and responsible spirit.

The 166th Session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the Ministerial Level will focus on the latest developments in the Arab region, particularly in the Palestinian territories, amid the continued brutal attacks against the brotherly Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, in addition to other Arab issues and key areas of cooperation among Arab States in the development, economic, social and security fields.

During the proceedings of this Session, Minister Nafti will hold bilateral meetings with a number of his counterparts from brotherly Arab countries.

شارك سفير الجمهورية التونسية لدى جمهورية نيجيريا الاتحادية في حفل الاستقبال الذي نظمته اليوم، 4 سبتمبر 2026, المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا "الإيكواس" بالعاصمة النيجيرية أبوجا، بمناسبة تسلم السيد بيرام ديوب، السنغالي الجنسية، مهامه كرئيس جديد للمفوضية، يوم غرة سبتمبر 2026 بمقر المنظمة.
وعقد رئيس البعثة على هامش الحفل، لقاء مع الرئيس الجديد للمنظمة التي تحظى تونس فيها بصفة عضو ملاحظ منذ سنة 2017. وقد تناول اللقاء دور المنظمة المحوري في دفع عجلة التكامل الاقتصادي بدول غرب أفريقيا، وأهمية تعزيز التعاون مع البلدان الشقيقة والصديقة ذات العضوية فيها وخارجها. كما تم التأكيد على ضرورة أن تضطلع هذه المنظمة الإقليمية بدور فاعل في ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية، بما يعود بالنفع على شعوب المجموعة وبقية الدول الإفريقية، ويخدم تطلعات القارة في تحقيق الرخاء والازدهار المشترك.

يجري فريق النادي الرياضي الصفاقسي (أكابر) مباراة الدور التمهيدي الأول من مسابقة كأس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية مع نظيره فريق Shooting Stars SC، بملعب MKO Abiola Sports Arena في مدينة Abeokuta، وذلك يوم السبت 5 سبتمبر 2026 على الساعة 16:00 بتوقيت غرينيتش (الخامسة مساءً بتوقيت تونس ونيجيريا).

بتكليف من السيد رئيس الجمهورية الأستاذ قيس سعيد، يشارك السيّد محمد بن عياد، كاتب الدولة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، في الاجتماع رفيع المستوى للاحتفاء بالذكرى 65 لانعقاد أول مؤتمر لحركة عدم الانحياز الذي سينعقد يومي 31 أوت و01 سبتمبر 2026 ببلغراد.

وسيمثّل هذا الاجتماع مناسبة للتأكيد على التزام تونس بمبادئ عدم الانحياز ومؤتمر باندونغ والتأكيد على أهمية استمرار حركة عدم الانحياز والالتزام المشترك للدول الأعضاء بالمبادئ المنصوص عليها في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وعلى الدور الضروري للعمل متعدد الأطراف في مواجهة التحديات التي يشهدها العالم.

وسيُجري السيد كاتب الدولة، على هامش هذا الاجتماع، لقاءات مع نظرائه في صربيا وعدد من الدول لمناقشة المسائل الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

Sur instructions de Son Excellence le Président de la République, Monsieur Kaïs Saïed, le Secrétaire d'État auprès du Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Étranger, M. Mohamed Ben Ayed, participe à la réunion de haut niveau célébrant le 65ᵉ anniversaire de la tenue de la première Conférence du Mouvement des Non-Alignés, qui se tiendra les 31 août et 1ᵉʳ septembre 2026 à Belgrade.

Cette réunion constituera une occasion d'affirmer l'engagement de la Tunisie envers les Principes du Non-Alignement et de la conférence de Bandung, et de souligner l'importance de la pérennité du Mouvement des Non-Alignés et l'engagement commun des États membres envers les principes énoncés dans la Charte des Nations Unies, ainsi que le rôle essentiel du multilatéralisme face aux défis que connaît le monde.

En marge de cette réunion, M. le Secrétaire d'État aura des entretiens avec ses homologues de Serbie ainsi que de plusieurs Pays pour discuter des questions régionales et internationales d'intérêt commun.

On the instructions of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Kaïs Saïed, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Ben Ayed, will participate in the High-Level Meeting to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the first Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement, to be held on 31 August and 1 September 2026 in Belgrade.

The Meeting will provide an opportunity to reaffirm Tunisia’s commitment to the principles of the Non-Aligned Movement and the Bandung Conference, and to underscore the importance of preserving the continuity of the Non-Aligned Movement and the shared commitment of its Member States to the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, as well as the essential role of multilateral action in addressing the challenges facing the world today.

On the sidelines of the Meeting, the Secretary of State will hold talks with his counterparts in Serbia and a number of other countries to discuss regional and international issues of common interest.
