The answer is the ICSS curriculum. Inspire. Create. Start. Scale. A programme specifically designed to make Nigerian entrepreneurs more competitive, more capable, and better equipped to grow their businesses.
14,000 graduates have already come out of this curriculum. And we are just getting started.

After a serious accident left her afraid to leave the house, Hannah Okeya found her way back through crochet.

She started in a small corner of her sitting room. No studio, no plan. Just her hands and a craft that gave her something to hold on to.

That became Hannadex Design World.

A creative fashion brand in Ogun State producing handmade crochet pieces, running training programmes for young people, and developing locally sourced Ankara yarn to reduce dependence on imports.

Yesterday, we gathered with over 500 of the strongest women in Nigeria for our Training and Financial Empowerment Workshop for Widows and Wives of Service Personnel, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence.

These are women whose husbands wake up every day and put their lives on the line to keep Nigeria safe. Women who hold their families together in the absence of their partners, who carry a weight that most of us will never fully understand.

Yesterday was our way of saying we see you. We see your strength. And we see the sacrifice your family makes for this country every single day.

Through grants and empowerment training, we hope to provide a foundation that supports not just their businesses but their lives and the lives of their children.

We are deeply grateful to the Ministry of Defence and the Honourable Minister, General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd) OFR, for making this partnership possible and for sharing in our commitment to leaving no Nigerian behind.

To every woman who was in that room yesterday, this is just the beginning. SMEDAN is here for you.
