Strengthening Discussions on the Implementation of the Revenue Reforms
Members of the Joint Revenue Board held an in-house strategic discussion on key issues relating to the implementation of the revenue reforms.
The engagement commenced on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, in Abuja and concluded on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at the world-class headquarters of the Nigeria Revenue Service.
The session was convened by the Chairman of the Joint Revenue Board, Zacch Adedeji, PhD, Executive Chairmen of the States and FCT Internal Revenue Service, and representatives of the Nigeria Revenue Service, the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Federal Road Safety Corps, the Nigeria Immigration Service, the Nigeria Customs Service, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
The discussions provided an opportunity for members to assess progress made since the commencement of the reforms, exchange practical insights on implementation and agree on strategies to address emerging challenges.
