The show discusses the root causes of the problems faced by northern Nigerian women; problems such as gender based violence, socioeconomic inequality, discriminatory employment practices, political exclusion, educational segregation, abuse and r**e, divorce and marital challenges, postpartum depression, infertility, maternal and infant mortality, among others.
Such problems have often portrayed the northern Nigerian woman as being oppressed and incapable of changing her conditions, well we bring you stolen ges and have become ere modelse their
society.
The show also interviews successful women in the northern part of nigeria about their professional careers in business, work and personal life with the sole intention of inspiring millions of young girls as they will look to emulate these remarkable successes so as to change their own socioeconomic conditions.

I'm honoured to introduce a truly remarkable individual, Dr. Bilkisu Suleiman Fema (Zinariyar Nigeria) a woman whose life exemplifies the power of compassion and the impact of philanthropy. She is driven by a profound desire to create a more equitable world, and her unwavering commitment to humanitarian assistance, including children's education, disaster relief, orphanage support and human empowerment to support vulnerable individuals has transformed countless lives. Through her leadership of B FEMA FOUNDATION and her tireless advocacy, she has touched many lives in different areas, including writing/reading materials in primary schools in Yobe State, feeding/medication program for almajiri in Jigawa State, distribution of basic amenities during Maiduguri flooding, fumigation of health facilities and boding schools in Yobe State, facilitated the release of 10 minors in Juvenile detention and supported their return to school in Bauchi State, feeding/fumigation Daurayi psychiatric, Kano State, 1500 youth/women empowerment in Yobe State, distribution of food/materials in orphanage Katsina State, registration fee for some university student in Yobe State, supported the victims of Fune killings in Yobe State, e.t.c. Her dedication serves as an inspiration to people around her and beyond, reminding them that even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference.
