Dear people of Ondo State, the process of obtaining C of O Certificate of Occupancy on any landed property has been made easy by the Akeredolu’s administration because the government believes that the citizens deserves good governance.
The Ondo State Ministry of Lands and Infrastructure therefore wishes to assure land owners that there is no bottleneck in the process of acquiring C of O. Please note that government has not appointed any agent whatsoever to process C of O for members of the public.
Beware of fraudsters because their aim is to dupe you of your hard earned resources, do not let them.
If you have a landed property, all you have to do is personally visit the lands department of the Ministry of Lands and Infrastructure if your documents are complete the details will be published in a newspaper and latest 21 days after expiration of the publication you can be sure to get your C of O.
Also, processing of the consent to mortgage or consent to assign your landed property takes just few days and it’s done with great ease. If anyone has collected money from you to help process your C of O or the consent to mortgage and consent to assign, please take back your money.
