How to produce 250g of Vaseline at home
Here is a professional guide.
Materials and Measurements:
1. Petroleum jelly: 200g,
2.Paraffin wax: 5g,
3.Paraffin oil: 100ml,
4. Lanolin oil: 5g,
5. Vitamin E oil: 2.5ml,
6. Glycerin: 2.5ml,
7. Fragrance: 5ml.

Steps:
1. In a sanitized stainless steel bowl, combine materials 1, 2, 3, and 4, and double-boil until they are fully melted.

2. Remove the melted mixture from the heat and let it cool for a minute.

3. Add materials 5, 6, and 7.

4. Stir thoroughly and pour the mixture into a clean container.

5. Set it aside and allow it to solidify.

To produce 10litres of liquid soap,you wil need the following materials and measurements

1.Water. 6litres(to be adjusted as needed)
2. Nitrosol. 50g
3. Caustic soda 25g
4. Soda ash. 100g
5. SLS. 50g
6. Sulphonic. 250g
7. Texapon. 50g
8. Stop. 25g
9. Foaming booster 200mil
10 colour. 10g
11.fragrance. 10mil
12. Glycerin. 50mil

Steps

1.Dissolve SLS ,sttp, caustic soda,and soda ash ,separately in a bowl with 500mi of water each and set them aside separately.
2 Mix sulphonic acid and texapon together and set aside.
3.pour in 6litres of water inside a bowl
4.Pour nitrosol inside the bowl and stir properly until it dissolve.
5 Add dissolved caustic soda inside the mixture and site
6.Add dissolved soda ash and stir
7.Add dissolved SLS and stir
8.Add dissolved Stpp and stir
9. Add the mixture of sulphonic and texapon into the solution and stir properly
10.Dissolve your colour with little water and stir
11. Add fragrance
12.Add glycerin and stir .
All the soap to seat for 24hrs before use.

Please note that it's important to mix the ingredients carefully and in the correct order to ensure a consistent and safe product.Always use a protective gear such as gloves and goggles when handling chemicals.

*PRODUCTION OF* *TRANSPARENT LIQUID* *SOAP*

*MEASUREMENT FOR 10* *LITRES PRODUCTION*

1.Texapon 1/2kg
2. SLS. 1/8kg
3.Cooking salt 400g
4.perfume 20 ml
5.Color 1 small wrap

*PROCEDURE*
1.Soak 1/8kg of SLS in 8liters of water for about 45-60 minutes and set aside
2.In another bowl, pour 1/2 kg of texapon add your 400g salt stir till they are well mix.
3. Add your already dissolve SLS gradually into the mixture of texapon and salt and stir very well.
4. Leave the soap for 12hrs to dissolve and settle
5.dissolve any color of your choice and pour into the solution
6. Add your perfume and stir very well.
