Why NDC Has Ceased to Be a Political Party From Today and they're saying if you sent money to Dickson the foundee and company for nomination forms, rush now and collect your money before it enters voicemail

As of this moment, ALL candidates, including Peter Obi of NDC, are PARTYLESS and cannot contest any election. In the eyes of the law, NDC, which allegedly circumvented due process to secure registration with INEC, is not a recognized political party.

Days ago Justice Isah Dashen of the Lokoja Federal High Court nullified the earlier judgment and ruled that NDC must cease to exist as a political party.
According to C.S. Ekeocha, counsel to the Peace Movement Party, PMP approached the court after discovering that NDC’s logo was substantially similar to the one PMP had earlier submitted to INEC.

Ekeocha argued that because the case directly affected PMP’s rights, the party ought to have been joined in the original suit.
The court agreed. It held that any decision affecting an interested party must not be made without granting that party a fair hearing.

*What does this ruling mean for NDC?*

The immediate effect is that the court order compelling INEC to register NDC has been set aside and Per Ekeocha, all actions INEC took based on that judgment are also affected, including:

1. Recognition of NDC as a political party
2. Issuance of its certificate of registration
3. Inclusion in INEC’s official records
4. Any preparations for NDC’s appearance on ballot papers

All of the above are to remain suspended pending the final determination of the case.

As of this moment... it is goodbye to NDC unless God Intervain but I remain an APC for life I won't leave APC for anyone this is why I consulted to contest for house of Assembly Sapele constituency Delta State I was told to leave it for till Local government election maybe I will be considered then but the fact remains am

It’s not over until I win, because I am a plain sheet of paper — real, untainted, and chosen by the people.

The manipulative results pushed by my former friend, the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, are not new to me. But my joy is this, it only proves I won the 2023 Delta South Senatorial District Election. I won Isoko again. And by God’s grace, I will win again in 2031 and in 2035. Do you know why? Because I am chosen by God, and the people love me this why I can't stop empowering people.

My dream is simple: to shape destinies and choose a better future for Delta South Senatorial District.

For the People of Delta South Senatorial District

My good people of Delta South, I quote him
In 2022, you showed Nigeria what organized citizens can do. You stood united, you spoke with one voice, and you made *Evang. Hon. Michael Diden Ejele* win the primaries. By 2023, that same energy made him the most recognized and respected aspirant across Delta State.
That was not luck. That was *the 5th Force* in action — the people becoming the pressure that makes government deliver.

Today, I, *Evang. Hon. Michael Diden Ejele*, National Chairman, Delta Political Vanguard, join me to renew that covenant with you through *The Plain Pledge for 2027*:

1. *True Representation*

*POLITICAL STATEMENT From IDMUSIC*

In 2023, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and Evang. Hon. Michael Diden Ejele made Sheriff the Governor of Delta State. ACTION5 was also very instrumental in the campaign that delivered victory for His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State.
Delta Political Vanguard coordinated the religious and Local Government campaigns across all 25 LGAs. We thank the National Chairman of Delta Political Vanguard for the privilege to serve in that capacity even when he was Targeted.

During the 2023 governorship election, a number of prominent Okpe sons and Urhobos in Delta Central campaigned and voted against Sheriff. Some confronted Delta political vanguard that are available for DPV at the collation centres, but Ejele managed to escape their intended attack.

My worry was: how could Okpe indigenes reject the greatest thing to happen to the Okpe race? But fate and determination made Sheriff triumph and win the election.
Now the same people who never voted for Sheriff in 2023 are claiming it is their right to decide the happenings in Sheriff’s government. I think they should go and study Abraham Lincoln’s definition of democracy.
The labour of Okowa and EJELE for Sheriff will never be in vain. Know this and know peace. No Ejele no Senate in Delta South
