‎This appointment is a testament to your capacity, commitment, and dedication to service. As a youth, your elevation gives hope to millions of young people across Edo State and the South South that excellence and hard work will always be recognized and we are proud.

‎It was a landmark gathering as the South-South Deputy Coordinator of the Nigerian Students' and Youths' Association (NISAYA), Amb. Terry P. Osemwengie, joined the national president of (NISAYA) Amb. Lawrence Ikehi, the coordinator (ssz) Hon. Ekwe David and other key regional executives of the Nigerian Students and Youths Association to attend the highly successful Edo Youth Security Summit 2026 and also the inuaguration of the Edo state executive of NISAYA which was held at the wellspring University in Benin City, Edo state.

‎The occasion was powerfully coordinated by the NISAYA Edo State Chapter under the leadership of Amb. Ephraim O. Eghosa, brought together youths, leaders, and security stakeholders under one roof to tackle the issues threatening our state and beyond.
‎
‎Key focus areas included, Insecurity, Drug Abuse, Cybercrime, Kidnapping, and other social vices confronting Edo State today.
‎
‎The event was honored by the presence of eminent personalities and top security agencies such as the Nigeria Police, EFCC, NDLEA, NSCDC, FRSC, and several others who lent their voices and expertise to the discussions.
‎
‎The summit was not just a talk shop. It was a call to action for Edo youths to be security conscious, say no to drugs and crime, and work together with authorities to build a safer Edo.

The South-South Regional Executive of Nisaya South South Zone led by the Regional Coordinator Hon. are we David and the Deputy Coordinator Amb. Terry P. Osemwengie, paid a courtesy visit to the Director-General, Edo State Sports Commission, Hon. Amadin Desmond Enabulele .

The National Leadership of NISAYA, led by it president, Amb. Lawrence Ikehi, alongside regional and state executives paid a congratulatory visit to Amb. Dion Osagie, President of Godsent Foundation and also the national patron of NISAYA, on his appointment as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Edo State on Diaspora Matters,

"We are thrilled to celebrate Amb. Dion Osagie's appointment, a testament to his dedication and service to humanity!" said Amb. Lawrence Ikehi, National President, NISAYA.

*NISAYA COMMENDS GOVERNOR OF EDO STATE FOR APPOINTMENT OF AMB. DION OSAGIE AS SSA ON DIASPORA MATTERS*

The Nigerian students and youths association (NISAYA) commends the Executive Governor of Edo State for appointing Amb. Osarodion Osagie, National Patron of NISAYA, as the Senior Special Assistant on Diaspora matters.

In a statement, NISAYA south south deputy coordinator, Amb. Terry Prince Osemwengie, expressed profound gratitude to the Governor for recognizing Amb. Osagie's exceptional leadership, humanitarianism and contributions to Edo home and in diaspora.

"NISAYA is delighted with Amb. Osagie's appointment, a testament to his dedication and service to humanity. We are confident he will drive initiatives promoting Edo State's development and engaging the diaspora community," the statement read;
