HANKALI MASU ULCER: Yadda Zaku Ci Naman Sallah Lafiya! ⚠️🥩
Barka da Sallah ga kowa! A matsayina na Dietitian, babban burina shine ku yi shagali ba tare da kun kwanta jinya ba. Ga masu fama da gyambon ciki (Ulcer), lokacin Sallah babban kalubale ne saboda yawan nama, yaji, da maiko.
Ga yadda ya kamata ku bi don kare kanku:
🚫 Guji Yaji da Kayan Kamshi Masu Karfi: Yaji (musamman barkono da suga-suga) yana kara radadin gyambon ciki. Idan za a yi suya ko balangu, a rage yajin sosai.
🚫 Rage Soyayyen Nama: Soyayyen nama mai maiko (Deep fried) yana daukar lokaci kafin ya narke, wanda hakan kan sa ciki ya yi ta samar da acid mai yawa. Gwara a gasa naman (Grilling) ko a dafa shi ya yi laushi.
✅ Kada Ka Bari Ciki Ya Zauna Wayam: Kar ka tsaya jiran nama har sai yunwa ta kure ka. Cin abinci kadan-kadan akai-akai shine sirrin mai Ulcer.
✅ Guji Ababen Sha Masu Gas (Soda): Maimakon lemon kwalba, gara ka sha ruwa ko madara (idan ba ta taba ka ba) don kwantar da cikin.
Rigakafi ya fi magani, kuma lafiya ita ce uwar jiki.
