Cross River State Governor, Prince Bassey Otu, yesterday, received the Forensic Audit of State Local Government Council's Salary and Pension Payment Management Report, from the State Chairman, Audit Service Commission, Dr. Christopher Etim Nyong.

​This underscores the administration's "People First" agenda, aimed at:
* Eliminating financial leakages
*Ensuring transparency and accountability
*Ensuring that workers and pensioners get their full entitlements.

​Governor Otu commended the Commission for their diligence and reaffirmed his commitment to implementing these reforms to strengthen public service efficiency across all 18 LGAs.

On Friday, 29th May, 2026, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, our Boss and Governor of Cross River State will mark three years of Stewardship as Governor.

To Commemorate this 3rd Anniversary ,the Governor has approved a Special Town Hall Meeting with key Stakeholders and Investors as follows:

Date:Friday, 29th May, 2026

Venue: Ladi Kwali Hall, Abuja Continental Hotel (Former Sheraton Hotel) FCT, Abuja.

Time:11.00am
