The Enugu State Internal Revenue Service is the department responsible for the assessment and collection of internally generated revenue in Enugu State from individuals and non-incorporated bodies as approved by relevant Federal and State laws. Enugu State Internal Revenue Service, being one of the major funding arms of the Government, has taken on the challenge of increasing the IGR of the State

through the adoption and implementation of various strategies which have impacted positively on revenue generation and collection. This we refer to as ENICS (Enugu State Internally Generated Revenue Central System).
