Today marks the conclusion of my tenure as the SUG Minister for Establishment at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu.
It was an honour today to officially hand over to my successor, a son I pray God guides to make us proud and to achieve even more than I did in office, Comr. Urama Michael.
I also rejoice with the newly inaugurated IMT SUG Executive Council. I wholeheartedly congratulate you all and urge you to work harmoniously with the school management while representing and defending the interests of the students.
To my fellow students, I encourage you to build a cordial and supportive relationship with your leaders. Productive engagement between students and their representatives is essential for an effective and successful government.
I express my profound gratitude to IMT for nurturing the capacity in me. If the institution had not provided the platform, I would not be the leader I am today. My appreciation also goes to the Degree Directorate, to the past Director, Dr. Ogo Okanya, and the current Director, Mrs. Ada Ikenyi, for their countless supports. Finally, to my brother in the struggle, Comr. Simeon (Mr. Voice), coming from Degree together created an understanding of the struggle only we can explain.
To my family, the Unique Family, Statistics Class ’25, I love you all deeply. To my second family, the IMT SUG Executives, my love and respect remain unshaken. A special shout-out to the Udi Students Association and the Federated Enugu West Students (IMT Chapter). If I continue, I may bore you, so let me rest my keyboard here.
Be reminded that in Aluta, the struggle continues. I remain with you all and now, with all Nigerian students in Enugu State through my new office as the NANS Enugu Director of Entrepreneurship. We shall lead together.
I love you all.
Yours in service,
Comr. Mbah Ifeanyi Stephen
