1 DAY PROGRESS REVIEW MEETING WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN GOMBE STATE The meeting which highlight the achievement of ARiN project toward ending malnutrition and reducing rate of stunting in the states. The children parliament early represented by The Speaker Gombe State Children Parliament Rt. Umar Farouk Abdullah. During his report he reported that Children Parliament didn't hold any program related to malnutrition due to the covid 19. "But we are going to create a open zoom meeting so that every one will participate to enlighten the generation" Umar said . The program which held at labriges hotel tumfure .

GOMBE CHILDREN'S PARLIAMENT call for child - focused response to COVID 19
Children Parliament have called on the state and federal government to initiate a child focused COVID 19 response initiative . The call was contained in an address by the speaker Gombe state children parliament hon Umar Farouk the speaker who called for a friendly Justice system explained that Children in Gombe state are under attack by the increasing number of sexual abuse , molestation and violence

Yesterday Gombe State Children Parliament has received the visit of team of accelerating nutrition results in Nigeria (ARiN) project under federal ministry of women affairs from Abuja, the children Parliament represented by the speaker Rt Hon Umar Farouk During his good will message the speaker appreciate the federal government in collaborating with World bank for fighting against malnutrition in Gombe State and Nigeria at large and also assured the team that the children parliament with continue fighting against malnutrition in the state
