PHOTOS: His Excellency, Governor Abba K Yusuf, has flag off the disbursement of 6 billion naira as the 4th batch of the payment of gratuity and death benefits yesterday, Thursday (10/7/2025), at the Kano State Government House.

The beneficiaries are former civil servants who retired between 2020 and 2023 and whose gratuity or death benefit does not exceed 2.5 million naira.

This is in addition to the 22 billion naira that His Excellency has so far settled in gratuity and death benefit liabilities of 48.6 billion naira that he inherited from Ganduje’s administration (2016-2023).

The National Leader of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP), His Excellency Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE, today, Thursday, (10th July 2025), attended the public presentation and official book launch of “OPL 245: Inside Story of the $1.3BN Nigerian Oil Block” held at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre, Abuja.

The book was authored by the former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Barr Mohammed Bello Adoke, CFR, SAN, and the event brought together legal luminaries, political leaders, and intellectuals for an insightful discussion on governance, justice, and national accountability.
