Eegun Agbena Gori’le Feju brought fire to the festival while musical performances from Sina Agborako and Ojediwura Apeke kept us moving.

Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazeem, Deputy Chief of Staff, Oyo State Government, delivered an address on behalf of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, as other goodwill messages poured in.

From the national, state, cultural anthems and opening prayers to the colourful Parade of Orisa, the grand finale of Isese Festival 2026 was a beautiful expression of Yoruba tradition.

The Olu Isese of Ibadanland and the Aare Isese of Oyo State welcomed guests, while a special Iwure was offered for peace, prosperity and blessings.

Then the colours came alive as traditional groups proudly displayed their Orisa identities, bringing the richness of our heritage to the celebration.
