MFA Appreciates Well-Wishers Following Efforts in Securing Jobs for Kwara Youths

Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi (MFA) has expressed heartfelt appreciation to individuals and groups who reached out with goodwill, prayers, and encouragement following reports of his efforts in facilitating employment opportunities for young people, particularly in Kwara State. In a message shared on his wall, he acknowledged the overwhelming support and reaffirmed his commitment to expanding opportunities for more youths.

His message below: 👇

The outpouring of goodwill and prayers following the report of my modest efforts in facilitating gainful opportunities for fellow youths, especially in Kwara, are duly noted and truly appreciated.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who shared, reposted, and reached out with kind words, prayers, and encouragement following the news. Your support does not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate the goodwill from across Kwara and beyond.

While the widely shared report captured 15 beneficiaries, my team has since noted that the impact extends beyond that number. For instance, we also secured for Muhammed Tajudeen and Azeez Abdullateef permanent and pensionable appointments at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Yauri, Kebbi State; bringing the total even higher.

I must place on record my sincere appreciation to my boss and friend, Ayodele Olawande Emmanuel Ayodele, whose leadership continues to provide the platform and opportunity for us to support fellow young Nigerians. His trust and commitment to youth empowerment make efforts like this possible. I am also grateful to our leader, His Excellency Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq who impressed on us the need to think beyond self, and to use whatever opportunity we have to impact on the lives of our people.

For me, this is not about recognition, it is about responsibility, to which I am very committed. I am ready to go the extra mile, kneel if I must, speak up if needed, so long as a young person in Kwara is given the chance to live a more dignified life, earn a decent income, and take care of his family.

With your continued prayers and support, we will keep pushing to create more pathways for fellow young people to thrive.

God is on our side.

MFA: A Leader Who Builds Leaders

By: Abdulrasaq Ridwan Bolaji Alaiye

Leadership is often defined by influence, vision, and results. However, the most impactful leaders go beyond personal success to nurture and develop others. Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi stands as a compelling example of a leader who understands that true greatness lies in raising more leaders.

MFA exemplifies a leadership style centered on empowerment. Rather than holding tightly to authority, he believes in sharing knowledge, delegating responsibility, and creating opportunities for others to grow. His approach reflects a deep understanding that leadership is not about control, but about capacity building. By investing in people, he transforms followers into thinkers, contributors, and decision-makers. This empowerment builds confidence and encourages individuals to step into leadership roles themselves.

At the heart of his leadership is mentorship. Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi dedicates time and effort to guiding emerging talents, offering support, wisdom, and constructive feedback. He recognizes that every individual has unique potential and, through mentorship, helps unlock that potential. His mentorship goes beyond instruction, it is about inspiration. He leads by example, demonstrating integrity, discipline, and commitment, qualities others naturally aspire to emulate.

A defining trait of a leader who builds leaders is the ability to create opportunities. MFA consistently provides platforms for others to lead, make decisions, and learn from real experiences. He understands that leadership cannot be taught solely through theory; it must be practiced. By trusting others with responsibilities, he cultivates resilience and innovation within his team. This not only strengthens individuals but also builds a dynamic, forward-thinking community.

The true measure of Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi’s leadership is seen in the people he has influenced. Those who have worked with or under him often grow into confident leaders who, in turn, mentor others. This ripple effect ensures that his impact extends far beyond his immediate environment.

His legacy is not just in achievements, but in the network of capable leaders he has helped shape individuals who carry forward his values and vision.

MFA embodies the essence of a leader who builds leaders. Through empowerment, mentorship, and a commitment to growth, he demonstrates that leadership is most powerful when shared. His example serves as a reminder that the greatest leaders are not those who stand alone at the top, but those who lift others to stand with them.

MFA Facilitates Donation of Laboratory Equipment to Alma Mater

Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi (MFA) has successfully facilitated the donation of modern laboratory equipment to his alma mater, Ilorin Comprehensive High School (ICOHS), in a move aimed at strengthening science education and improving practical learning for students.

This intervention follows a recent visit by MFA to the school during the holidays, where he reaffirmed his commitment to giving back and supporting the institution that contributed to his formative years.

The equipment, covering multiple laboratory needs, has been delivered through the school’s Principal.

In a message of appreciation, the school’s Coordinator, Ango Surajudeen, expressed profound gratitude for MFA’s continued connection and support. He noted that the gesture has inspired both the Board of Governors and staff, while reinforcing confidence in alumni-driven development initiatives.

Confirming the development in the ICOHS Alumni platform, MFA stated that the pledged support has fully materialised, with all laboratory equipment delivered, marking a significant step towards restoring functional lab facilities within the school.

This initiative reflects MFA’s sustained commitment to impactful, behind-the-scenes interventions that directly improve educational outcomes, demonstrating that meaningful development is best measured not by publicity, but by tangible results that benefit communities.

BEYOND THE NOISE: THE QUIET, LASTING IMPACT OF MFA

By Nafiu Toyin Abdulqadri NTA

In an era where public service is too often reduced to optics, where impact is measured by the loudness of announcements rather than the depth of outcomes, Honourable Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi (MFA) stands apart. While others flood timelines with fliers and orchestrate applause through paid online cheerleaders, he has chosen a different path: one defined not by spectacle, but by substance. His approach is deliberate. His impact, unmistakable.

For Hon. Abdullahi, service is not a performance. It is a responsibility, one that must translate into real, measurable improvements in people’s lives. And over time, he has built a record that speaks not in hashtags, but in human transformation.

Take, for instance, his consistent Ramadan outreach. Year after year, he has provided food packages and financial support to communities through structured, grassroots associations such as the Ubandawaki Youth Development Association, the Anifowoshe Community Development Association, and the Pakata Area Development Association. These are not random acts of charity; they are intentional interventions routed through trusted local institutions to ensure that support reaches those who truly need it.

But in 2026, he elevated this effort even further. Recognizing that true community impact requires inclusivity and broader engagement, he expanded his Ramadan support to include community leaders, religious figures, APC youth and women wings, party elders, and other critical stakeholders. This was not just an expansion in numbers, it was a strategic deepening of reach and relevance. By integrating these layers of society, he ensured that support systems became more coordinated, more equitable, and more impactful. This is how meaningful leadership works: it evolves.

Beyond humanitarian support, Hon. Abdullahi has demonstrated a clear commitment to empowerment through opportunity. Securing Federal Government employment for over 15 individuals may seem modest to those obsessed with inflated figures, but to the beneficiaries and their families, it is life-changing. These are not temporary handouts; they are pathways to stability, dignity, and long-term economic security.

And then there is the question of investing in the future. In December 2025, at the launch of the MFA support FORUM , an event attended by government appointees and key party stakeholders, he made a powerful statement about what truly matters. Rather than stage a conventional political gathering, he introduced an intellectual dimension: a debate competition among public primary school pupils. The winners did not just receive applause; they went home with laptops and cash prizes.

That moment was symbolic. It signaled a belief that the foundation of any sustainable society lies in education, critical thinking, and youth development. It demonstrated that empowerment is not only about immediate relief, but about nurturing the minds that will shape tomorrow.

This is the defining thread that runs through Hon. Abdullahi’s work: sustainability. His interventions are not designed for fleeting praise. They are built to endure. Whether it is through structured community support, employment facilitation, or educational empowerment, his focus remains on creating lasting value-impact that outlives the moment and continues to multiply over time.

And perhaps that is why his work resonates differently. Because while others chase visibility, he is building credibility. While others measure success by online engagement, he measures it by lives improved. While others perform generosity, he practices it with intention, with humility, and with results.

In the end, history is not written by the loudest voices, but by the deepest footprints. And in a space crowded with noise, Hon. Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi is quietly leaving marks that will not fade.
