All Govt Institutions/Buildings Including Banks, Schools, LGA Headquarters, Govt House, Markets, Transport Companies, Private & Public Companies, Police Stations, Military barracks and others will be on Lockdown 🔐 on 30th May this Saturday.

Only Hospitals 🏥 & Fire Service 🔥 are allowed to Operates & their Workers are to be with their Valid I.D cards while on the road 🛣️.

The 101-count appeal filed thereafter aims to overturn the verdict, citing serious procedural and jurisdictional defects that they argue make the ruling a nullity.

Key alleged errors in the judgment include:
Reliance on Repealed Law: The judgment allegedly convicted Kanu under the Terrorism Prevention (Amendment) Act 2013, which had been replaced by the Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act 2022.
Extraordinary Rendition: The court reportedly ignored evidence of illegal rendition from Kenya, which violates international treaties (OAU Convention) and Nigerian Law.
Introduction of Extraneous Claims: The judge allegedly included accusations not contained in the original charges—such as plans to bomb foreign embassies—violating judicial ethics.
