Today, I joined Delta South Senatorial leaders and stakeholders of the APC as we deliberated on our next steps ahead of the forthcoming elections.

The road ahead demands unity, strategy and decisive action.

I am looking forward to this new chapter as we kick off official campaigns.

Thank you ABBA for this season.

A Greater Warri North.

Yesterday, I joined His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III, and Her Majesty, Olori Atuwatse III, for the Itsekiri Development Forum, held as part of the activities marking His Majesty’s 5th Coronation Anniversary.

The Itsekiri Development Forum is a platform designed to showcase and promote the innovative, impactful and sustainable work being championed by Their Majesties across the Warri Kingdom.

Yesterday was particularly inspiring for me as an Itsekiri woman, and especially as one serving in government.

It is always encouraging to see a vision for development that goes beyond conversations and ceremonies to practical interventions that touch people, strengthen communities and create opportunities for the next generation.

I must say that the Royal Iwere Foundation has done a phenomenal job in improving the everyday lives of our people.

It was also special to see the theme - Beyond Oil, one that I am very familiar with as an initiative launched by His Excellency Dr. EE Uduaghan (CON) many years ago still being used and improved upon today.

The understanding that the development of our people cannot be the responsibility of government alone is something that His Majesty has taken as a driving force to achieve the work being done across our kingdom.

Traditional institutions, government, the private sector, community leaders and citizens all have a role to play.

When leadership is intentional, development becomes more than infrastructure. It becomes about people.

I left the forum both inspired and challenged. The work ahead became even more exciting and I look forward to supporting my king in his development strides.

The future of the Warri Kingdom will not only be inherited by the next generation; it will and is being shaped by the decisions and investments we make today.

Congratulations to His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, on the occasion of his 5th Coronation Anniversary, and to their Majesties for their commitment to the development of our people and the Warri Kingdom.

AYIRI OLADUNMOYE is 50!

My big sister, my daughter’s godmother, an A-one star babe- AY of the universe.

There are people who show up for the big moments in your life, and then there are the rare few who quietly create those moments for you.

You’ve been there through so many of my milestones in the past 16 years but one memory has stayed with me.

This particular one I keep with me and smile every-time I remember. I was pregnant with my daughter and I was determined that I didn’t want a baby shower. It just wasn’t something I wanted. One day, I came home completely unsuspecting to find my house beautifully decorated, filled with endless gifts, and enough diapers to last what felt like an entire year.

It wasn’t a big crowd or a grand event. It was just two women—AY and me—but it was one of the most thoughtful acts of love I have ever received.
She made sure I had a fun day with just two of us.

You’ve been there in soooooo many ways and I am grateful for it.

You remind me that love isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s found in the quiet planning, the thoughtful details, and in people who know what you need even when you’ve convinced yourself you don’t.

As you celebrate 50 years today, I celebrate the incredible woman you are. Thank you for your generosity, your kindness, your love, and for always showing up in ways that leave lasting memories.

Happy 50th Birthday, big sis. May this new decade bring you the same joy, love, and generosity that you have poured so freely into the lives of everyone around you. You deserve to be celebrated today and always. ❤️

Today was exciting because I spent part of it with the National Association of Itsekiri Graduates (NAIG) at their 2026 Convention.

It is always inspiring to be in a room filled with passionate Itsekiri professionals committed to preserving our heritage and building a better future for our people.

I was honored to support the association to ensure this convention was successful and I remain committed to standing with NAIG as we continue to invest in the growth, progress, and development of Itsekiri nation.

Thank you to the leadership and members of NAIG for the warm reception, and congratulations on a successful convention.

Thank you to everyone who reached out with calls, messages, and prayers. We sincerely appreciate the concern and love shown to our family.

To the glory of God, our father is well and very much alive.

Now, to Onriode Umukoro and sons: this is not the first time you have chosen to spread false and misleading information regarding His Excellency. Seeking attention through misinformation is irresponsible and has real consequences for the individuals and families affected.

As a full grown man, you and common sense should walk in the same direction and not opposite sides.

Person quiet no mean say e be fool.

We will address this through the appropriate channels, and by the time we are done I hope it will serve as a lesson to you and others to understand that words carry weight and misinformation has consequences.

Once again, thank you to everyone who reached out in genuine concern. We do not take your love and prayers for granted.

God bless you all.
