Lecture on Discipline

The lecture on Discipline was delivered by Group Leader, ID Emmanuel, during the 2026 Jos Archdiocese Retreat at St. Joseph, K-Vom.

In his presentation, he emphasized that discipline is a fundamental virtue every Catholic Cadet must possess. He encouraged cadets to maintain self-control, obedience, punctuality, respect for authority, and a high standard of moral conduct. He further stressed that discipline should be reflected in every aspect of a cadet’s life, both within the organization and in society, as it is essential for effective leadership and faithful service to God and the Catholic Church.

Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Jos Archdiocese Retreat

The 2026 Jos Archdiocese Retreat, held at St. Joseph, K-Vom, was officially declared open by the Archdiocese Commander, Cadet General John Raymond.

In his opening address, he warmly welcomed all COs and NCOs, expressing his sincere appreciation to everyone who made time to attend this year’s retreat. He emphasized the importance of taking the knowledge and lessons gained from the various lectures back to their respective deaneries for implementation and to positively impact other cadets.

He further reminded participants that they are not just cadets but Catholic Cadets, called to uphold, promote, and defend the faith and teachings of the Catholic Church at all times.
