At our Reading Club, one of our top priorities is building each child’s self-confidence. We intentionally create opportunities for every reader to speak in front of others by sharing stories, expressing their ideas, and participating in discussions.

Through these public speaking moments, our children learn to communicate clearly, think independently, and believe in the value of their own voices. Watching them grow in confidence with each session is one of the most rewarding parts of our club.

📚 July Reading Club Highlights

Our July Reading Club session was filled with learning, confidence and lots of excitement!

This month’s focus was confident reading and peer-to-peer reading. It was wonderful to watch our readers grow in confidence as they read aloud, encouraged one another and expressed themselves with enthusiasm.

We also had a speech writing session, where the children amazed us with their creativity and ability to communicate their thoughts on different topics. It was a joy to see their thinking skills and unique ideas come to life.

Our younger readers explored syllables, learning how to break longer words into smaller, more manageable parts to improve their reading and pronunciation.

We are so proud of every child for their participation and progress.
