We are delighted to commend and sincerely appreciate Senator Kawu Sumaila for sponsoring 1,000 students on scholarship across various Colleges of Health Sciences, Nursing Sciences, and Universities. This outstanding intervention once again demonstrates his unwavering commitment to educational development, youth empowerment, and human capital advancement in Kano South Senatorial District.

The beneficiaries of this scholarship programme are enrolled in the following institutions:

: OUR IRRIGATION PROJECTS ARE TRANSFORMING KANO SOUTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT UNDER THE RENEWED HOPE AGENDA

The people of Kano South Senatorial District have every reason to appreciate the outstanding representation being provided by Distinguished Senator Kawu Sumaila, OFR, PhD, whose commitment to rural development and agricultural advancement continues to attract meaningful federal interventions to our communities.

Through the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government, Senator Kawu Sumaila has facilitated multi-billion naira irrigation and agricultural development projects aimed at improving food production, creating employment opportunities, and strengthening the economic wellbeing of our people.

Among the landmark interventions is the rehabilitation of three major dams serving communities across Kano South. These projects are expected to restore irrigation activities, increase year-round farming, improve water availability for agricultural purposes, and enhance the livelihoods of thousands of farmers and their families.

The rehabilitation of these dams will provide numerous benefits, including:

- Expansion of irrigated farmland across Kano South.

HE IS EVERYONE’S FATHER

Just as Aminu is like a son to Senator Kawu Sumaila, all his supporters are also like children to him.

Just as Senator Kawu would never give Aminu weapons or drugs, he would never give such things to anyone, nor would he allow people with such behavior to be part of his movement.
