TUNI GA MAI GIRMA GWAMNAN JIHAR KANO ENGR, ABBA KABIR YUSUF(ABBA GIDA GIDA, ABBAN KANAWA)

Abinda ya kai su ganawa da Mai girma Gwamna har karo biyu (2) shi ne neman ya taimaka kamar yadda Allah ya taimake shi ya mayar da su Ma'aikata na dindindin (Permanent and Pensionable Staff) bayan sun kwashe shekaru tara (9) a matsayin ma'aikata na wucin gadi (temporary staff), nan take Mai girma Gwamna ya amsa zai yi wannan jihadin kuma har ya yi rubutu a kan takardar tuni da aka sake rubutawa ita ce a hoto marar motsi (picture)da na ɗora, duba da abubuwa sun yi maka yawa 1000, Kano State Sanitation Vanguards suke ƙara tuni akan suma a dube su kamar yadda aka dubi Yan Besda a karo na farko da na biyu, wanda kuma ka ƙara yi musu alƙawari tare da albishir ɗin za ka sake ɗaukar ƙarin wasu nan gaba kadan, Mai girma Gwamna Yan Besda ƙannan Sanitation Vanguards ne a fara aiki.
Mai girma Gwamna mun san ka ɗauki harkar lafiya da mahimmanci tabbatar da Sanitation Vanguards a matsayin ma'aikata zai taimaka wajen samun nasarar da ake nema a harkar lafiya tare da kare yawan kamuwa da cututtuka da kuma rage cinkoso a asibitoci in hakan ta samu Gwamnati zata sami saukin kudin da ake kashewa a wajen samar da magunguna da sauran su In Sha Allahu.
Allah Ya baka ikon yi wannan aikin na (SADAƘATUN JARIYATUN).

Abin mamaki Mai girma Gwamna dangane da 1000, Kano State Sanitation Vanguards shi ne duk wani abu da Ma'aikaci (Permanent Staff) yake da shi Ɗan Sanitation Vanguards ma ya na da shi,tun daga:-

5. KSCHMA

A REMINDER TO HIS EXCELLENCY THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF KANO STATE, ENGR, ABBA KABIR YUSUF (ABBA GIDA GIDA, ABBAN KANAWA)

The video and photo at the below of this article were made at different times between the first and the second about a year ago, and were meet on the same issue by Environmental Health Officers under the Kano State Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, known as (1000, Kano State Sanitation Vanguards).
What led them to meet His Excellency the Governor twice was to ask him to help them as Allah had helped him to convert them into Permanent and Pensionable Staff after spending nine (9) years as temporary staff, His Excellency the Governor immediately agreed to do this (JIHAD)and wrote on the rewritten reminder that in the still picture I have attached, as well known that always you're busy (Abba is working),1000, Kano State Sanitation Vanguards are also reminding to also look at them as the Besdas were looked at the first and second time, which you have also promised them with the good news that you will recruit more in the near future. His Excellency the Besdas are the junior Sanitation Vanguards to start working.
Your Excellency, we know that you take the health sector very seriously.
Permanenting of Sanitation Vanguards as workers will help achieve the desired success in the health sector, prevent the spread of diseases, and reduce congestion in hospitals. If this is achieved, the Government will be able to reduce the cost of providing medicines and other supplies, In Sha Allah.
May Allah give you the ability to do this work ( and for your benefits hereafter).

What is surprising, Your Excellency, regarding the 1000, Kano State Sanitation Vanguards is that everything that a Permanent Staff has, a Sanitation Vanguard also has, starting from:-
1. PSN
2. KNSG NUMBER
3. DATE OF RETIREMENT
4. GRADE LEVEL
5. KSCHMA

Prevention is better and cheaper than cure.
