Katsina State Scholarship Board

Katsina State Scholarship Board Prior to its transformation in 2005, the scholarship Trust Fund was known as the State Scholarship Board.

It was established following the creation of Katsina from the former Kaduna State through the enactment of Katsina State Scholarship Board Law (amendment Edict) 1988. It was primarily charged with the responsibility of assisting eligible students of state origin to pursue post secondary school courses in various institutions of higher learning across the country. Following the enactment of Scholar

ship Trust Fund Law N0. 12 of 2005, the State Scholarship Board Law was repealed. The Trust Fund has 13 member Board of Trustees, a Director General/Chief Executive who serves as a member/Secretary to the Board of Trustees, three Departments of Administration, Finance and Operations each headed by a Director.
