His Excellency, Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule FNSE hosted the Managing Director of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), Engr. Chijioke Okwuokenye and his team.
Where they centred the meeting discussion on the resuscitation of the 2x15 MVA (L15) Injection substation along Shendam road, Lafia.

The Nasarawa State Electricity Board (NASEB) being the State owned power establishment was also a front runner in the said discussion.
Engr. Yakubu Suleiman Umar, FNSE the Managing Director/CEO Nasarawa State Electricity Board and his Covering Director of Operations Maintenance Services ( Engr. Cosmos L. Namo) from the Board (NASEB) were also in attendance to stand in for the State.

The aim of the meeting is to have electricity supply in the capital city improved.

ENGR. ABDULLAHI A. SULE, FNSE WAS AT THE PRESIDENCY (A*O ROCK VILLA - ABUJA) TODAY 6TH MAY, 2025 TO SEE PRESIDENT (BOLA AHMED TINUBU) COMMANDER -IN- CHIEF OF THE ARM FORCES FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA WITH RESPECT TO HIS EMANCIPATION AGENDA UPON NASARAWA STATE.

The Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, FNSE visited His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the A*o Rock Villa, F.C.T - Abuja for a one - on - one meeting, between him and Mr. President and off course they were able to have exhaustive discussions on key issues toward his administration's developmental strides in the following sector; Power/Electricity, Security, Agriculture and Mining amongst others.

Having said that, the Nasarawa Government is planing to welcome Mr. president to Nasarawa State soon to commission completed projects put in place by our workaholic Governor.

The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, FNSE; Engr. Yakubu Suleiman Umar, FNSE, FIIM, FNATE, the Managing Director/CEO of Nasarawa State Electricity Board (NASEB), and other top government functionaries from the Federal Government and the Nasarawa State Government were in attendance at a Roundtable Meeting on Catalyzing Renewable Energy Growth Through Research, Development, and Innovation in the Nasarawa State Electricity Market.

During the event, Governor Sule witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and the Nasarawa State Government on building a long-term strategic collaboration designed towards tailored electrification strategies scaling the development and operation of sustainable decentralized solar power solutions (renewable energy) across unserved and underserved rural communities within Nasarawa State.

The event was held at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.
