At the *Ayantuga Primary Health Centre*, Jakande assessed the availability of essential drugs, medical equipment, service quality, and staff discipline. Yesterday, I held a strategic meeting with the newly appointed Senior Special Assistants (SSAs), Special Assistants (SAs), and Personal Assistant (PA) to formally welcome them into the administration and acquaint them with the responsibilities that lie ahead.

During the meeting, I emphasized the importance of integrity, discipline, accountability, and unwavering commitment to public service. I reminded them that their appointments are a call to serve the people of Òdì-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA with diligence, professionalism, and humility.

I charged each of them to be worthy ambassadors of our Local Council, uphold the values of this administration, and contribute meaningfully to the successful implementation of our HEWA Agenda. They must remain accessible to the people, demonstrate exemplary conduct at all times, and work collaboratively to deliver impactful and people-oriented governance.

I spoke about the importance of Local Government Autonomy as the true engine of grassroots development, the need for fair and sustainable revenue policies, and how our HEWA Agenda has guided landmark achievements across infrastructure, healthcare, education, sanitation, youth empowerment, and human capital development.
