Nigeria's Democracy Day is a significant occasion that reminds us of the sacrifices, struggles, and resilience that have shaped our democratic journey. Every June 12, Nigerians unite to celebrate the triumph of the people's will, the strength of democratic institutions, and the enduring hope for a better nation.

Democracy remains the foundation upon which justice, freedom, accountability, and national development are built. It gives every citizen a voice and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and progress of our dear country.

As we celebrate the blessed occasion of Eid-el-Adha, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all Muslim faithful across Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large.

This sacred season reminds us of the virtues of sacrifice, obedience, unity, compassion, and unwavering faith in Almighty Allah. May this joyous celebration bring peace to our homes, progress to our communities, and renewed hope to our dear nation.

I pray that Allah (SWT) accepts our sacrifices, answers our prayers, and grants us abundant blessings, sound health, and prosperity.

Yesterday marked another significant milestone in the democratic journey of our great party, the APC, as party faithful across Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency gathered for the House of Representatives primaries. It was a moment that reflected the strength, unity, and vibrancy of our party structure.

As an aspirant in this keenly contested process, I am deeply humbled by the overwhelming support, encouragement, and goodwill extended to me by our dedicated party members, leaders, stakeholders, supporters, and well-wishers. The turnout was impressive, the enthusiasm was inspiring, and the commitment shown by members reaffirmed the enduring strength of our collective vision for our constituency.

To everyone who believed in my aspiration, stood by me, campaigned tirelessly, offered prayers, words of encouragement, and demonstrated unwavering loyalty, I say a heartfelt thank you. Your support is not just appreciated; it is treasured. I do not and will never take this massive show of confidence for granted.

Every farmer in the field, every teacher in the classroom, every artisan, trader, civil servant, and entrepreneur represents the true strength of our land. Your diligence is not ordinary it is the engine that drives progress, the force that sustains families, and the foundation upon which leadership must stand.

But let us be clear hard work alone is not enough if leadership fails to match the sacrifice of the people. Workers deserve more than praise they deserve policies that protect their sweat, systems that reward their effort, and governance that creates real opportunities for growth and prosperity.

A society that honours labour must also defend dignity, fairness, and economic justice. We must build a constituency where honest work leads to visible progress, where young people are empowered, and where civil servants are respected, not neglected.
